Ferrite powder bonded in rubber or plastic — the only permanent magnet you can bend, cut with scissors, and form into custom shapes. Multi-pole magnetization enables unique designs impossible with rigid magnets.
Flexible magnets are composite materials: ferrite magnet powder (SrFe₁₂O₁₉ or BaFe₁₂O₁₉) mixed with a thermoplastic or rubber binder (NBR, CPE, PVC, or polyolefin). The mixture is calendared or extruded into sheets, strips, or profiles, then magnetized — often in multi-pole patterns (alternating N-S-N-S).
Weaker magnetically (~0.5-1.0 MGOe) but can be magnetized in any direction. Lower cost, most common type. Used for signage, promotional items, and fridge magnets.
Stronger (~1.0-1.7 MGOe) with preferred magnetization direction. Calendered under magnetic field for better particle alignment. Used for gaskets, seals, and motor components.
Alternating N-S poles on one face (2-16 poles/inch). Creates strong near-surface field but very short reach — the magnetic field drops rapidly with distance. Ideal for holding and closure applications.
Flexible magnets can be produced in virtually any form factor. Here are the most common.
Flat sheets in standard sizes up to 610mm wide. Thickness: 0.5-5mm. Available with adhesive backing, printable surface, or laminated with vinyl/PVC.
Continuous strips in standard widths (12.7mm, 19mm, 25.4mm, 50.8mm). Roll form up to 30m. Self-adhesive or plain. Extruded profiles with ribs, lips, or channels.
Any 2D shape — logos, letters, geometric patterns. Die-cut from sheet stock with steel rule dies. Minimum feature size: ~3mm. Tooling cost: low.
Extruded profiles with magnetic particles embedded in the polymer matrix. U-channels, C-channels, T-profiles. For refrigerator gaskets, door seals, and window closures.

Plain-Mag laminated with white/colored PVC, PET, PP, or photo paper. Corrosion-resistant and flexible, it is fully compatible with digital, screen, and solvent printing plus post-cutting.
PVC surface optimized for UV, weak-solvent, and eco-solvent inkjet. Waterproof matte or glossy finishes in standard and custom colors. Fast drying for high-speed digital print lines.
High-energy flexible magnet with a PP backing film (instead of UV coating) for anti-adhesion and outdoor weather resistance. Top surface is printed PVC or PET for durable vehicle signage.
Synthetic paper face stock laminated to flexible magnet for offset, flexographic, and laser printing. Ideal for point-of-sale sheets, magnetic business cards, and retail promotions.
Small-format, easy-to-cut sheets for office displays, refrigerator magnets, educational aids, and craft projects. Can be scored with scissors, craft knives, or steel-rule dies.
Same ferrite-rubber composite core, tailored to different converting and end-use requirements. All rolls are slit and sheeted to custom sizes on request.

Flexible magnets are divided by orientation. Isotropic grades can be magnetized in any direction; anisotropic grades are calendered under an applied field for stronger, direction-dependent performance.
