Send drawings and specifications — PDF, STEP, DXF, DWG or Excel. Our engineering team reviews the material, process, tolerance, quantity and application before preparing a quotation. If anything is unclear, we ask before quoting.

No complete drawing? Send us what you have — a sketch, a sample, a description, or even a competitor part. Our engineering team can review the available information and help you define specifications before formal RFQ.

These details let our casting engineer estimate press size, cavity layout, secondary operations and validation cost before the first clarification round.

Accepted: PDF · STEP/STP · DXF/DWG · IGES/IGS · Parasolid X_T/X_B · ZIP · XLSX · JPG/PNG (max 10 MB per file; 25 MB total). Files go straight to our engineering team and are treated as confidential.

After You Submit

What Happens After You Hit Send.

1. Received

Your inquiry lands with our engineering team; we acknowledge with a confirmation email and a direct contact name.

2. Engineering Review

An engineer reviews drawings, material, process, tolerance and quantity. If anything is missing, we ask before quoting.

3. Quote & Technical Feedback

You receive a quotation together with engineering feedback or DFM notes. No pricing is published — every project is reviewed.

4. Sample

For tooling or assembly programs, we produce and ship a sample or short production run for your validation.

5. Volume Production

After sample approval, we move into volume production with PPAP / FAI / CMM documentation as required by the project.

📐 Drawings

2D PDF with tolerances, or 3D STEP/DXF files. Even a hand sketch works to start.

🧲 Material Grade

e.g. N42SH, SmCo 2:17 S26H, Y30BH ferrite. Not sure? Tell us the application.

🌡️ Environment

Operating temperature, humidity, exposure to chemicals or salt spray.

📊 Quantity

Annual volume and target price if available. Larger volume unlocks better pricing.
