REACH / SVHC
Request a REACH statement identifying the product or material and the Candidate List version assessed. Substance disclosures and associated requirements are reviewed for the proposed supply.

Conflict Minerals
We support customers' responsible-sourcing obligations with a completed CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) covering tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold, plus rare-earth supply-chain transparency to the extent our upstream smelters and refiners report it.
What you get: CMRT and upstream smelter information where available; confirm the reporting period and scope.
Country of Origin
Our manufacturing and supply routes are based in China. Country of origin, customs classification and required export documentation are confirmed for the proposed product and shipment.
What you get: the agreed origin and customs-document package for the destination market.
Material Traceability
Traceability connects material identity, production records and outgoing inspection to the supplied lot. Agree the required lot references, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Conformity (CoC) and inspection records for your part.
What you get: lot and inspection records specified in the agreed documentation plan.
Product-Specific Scope
Application experience and management-system certificates serve different purposes. Product acceptance depends on the specified material, manufacturing route, inspection plan and any approvals required for the intended use.

Rare Earth Export Controls & Responsible Sourcing
China's export controls cover specified rare-earth items, including certain magnet materials. Review the product, composition, destination and end use before agreeing the supply route.
Export Licensing Support
For products within scope, we support export-licence applications and customs documentation. Classification is checked against the rules in force for the proposed shipment, including MOFCOM and GACC Announcement No. 18 of 2025.
Heavy-Rare-Earth-Free Formulations
Where the application allows, heavy-rare-earth-free formulations can be reviewed against magnetic and temperature requirements. Composition and export classification are assessed separately for the proposed product.
Assembly Classification
Finished magnetic assemblies also require classification review. Describe the assembly, magnet composition, destination and intended end use so the applicable requirements can be established before quotation.
Workplace & Audit Records
Include workplace policies and working-hour records in your supplier-audit checklist. Confirm the proposed producing site, requested records and audit scope during qualification.
