What's the minimum order for a custom assembly?
Prototypes start at 1 piece. Production assemblies vary: bonded assemblies from 100 pieces; insert-molded assemblies from 5,000 pieces (tooling amortized); machined assemblies from 10 pieces. Tell us your annual volume — we'll find the most cost-effective process.
Can you work from just a concept?
Yes — describe the function you need (holding force, torque, field strength, geometry constraints) and we'll propose a design. Our engineering team does this weekly. There's no charge for initial design proposals on projects with realistic production volume.
How do you handle intellectual property?
We sign NDAs before receiving confidential drawings, and all tooling we build for your parts is your property. We do not manufacture proprietary assemblies for your competitors — exclusivity agreements available on request.
Can you manage sub-suppliers for components you don't make?
Yes — we regularly integrate customer-specified components (bearings, sensors, fasteners) and manage qualified sub-suppliers for specialized processes (plating, heat treatment). You receive a single assembly with one warranty.

Flux density, pole pattern and magnetization verified per the agreed plan — hall-probe mapping, Helmholtz coil measurements, or functional pull tests.
Mechanical Verification
