Why Our Rare Earth Supply?

China produces 85% of the world's rare earths — we supply them with the documentation and consistency your process requires.

  • Certified purity — every lot analyzed by ICP-OES and XRF — certificate of analysis with full rare earth and impurity profile
  • Consistent sourcing — material from licensed Chinese mines and separation plants — no conflict or untraceable material
  • Complete portfolio — light rare earths (La, Ce, Pr, Nd) through heavy rare earths (Dy, Tb, Ho) — oxides, metals, and alloys
  • Supply stability — long-term contracts with separation plants insulate you from spot market volatility

Oxide vs Metal

Rare earths are supplied in two primary forms — choose based on your process:

  • Oxide — stable, easy to store and transport — but must be reduced to metal before alloying (requires high-temperature reduction your process may not have)
  • Metal — ready for direct alloying in vacuum induction furnaces — but oxidizes readily and requires inert storage
  • Alloys — pre-alloyed NdFeB or SmCo master alloys — the most convenient if you're melting magnet alloy

Quality & Compliance

Documentation supporting your supply chain requirements:

  • Certificate of Analysis — ICP-OES rare earth distribution, XRF purity, and loss on ignition for every lot
  • Traceability — from separation plant through our warehouse to your receiving dock — lot genealogy available on request
  • Conflict-free declaration — material sourced from licensed Chinese operations — no conflict minerals as defined by Section 1502
  • Export compliance — we handle Chinese export licensing for rare earth products — you receive compliant documentation

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you export rare earth materials from China?

Yes — we hold the required export licenses and handle all Chinese customs documentation for rare earth products. Certain rare earths are subject to Chinese export quotas and tariffs — we'll confirm availability and pricing for your destination country before you commit.

What's the lead time for rare earth orders?

Standard products (NdPr oxide/metal) ship within 2–4 weeks for quantities under 1 ton. Heavy rare earths (Dy, Tb) may have longer lead times depending on market availability. We'll confirm lead time with your quote.

Can you supply to REACH / TSCA registered standards?

We supply to customers under both EU REACH and US TSCA frameworks. Registration compliance is the importer's responsibility — we provide the SDS, composition data, and support documentation your registration requires.

How do I know the material is what you say it is?

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis from our in-house ICP-OES lab. For high-value or critical applications, we support third-party verification — send a sample from your received lot to any independent lab and we'll match our CoA against their results.

Traceability, Packaging & Supply Security

Lot Traceability & CoA

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis — purity, rare-earth distribution and impurity levels — traceable from production to your dock.

Export-Ready Packaging

Sealed drums and bags with inert-gas or moisture protection as required; UN-approved packaging and dangerous-goods documentation where applicable.

Supply Security

Multi-source raw material procurement and buffer stock programs on request, with export compliance handled by our experienced trade team.
