A manufacturing foundation
Our predecessor ferrite factory began production in 1999 for China's domestic motor and appliance markets. Ningbo Empire Advanced Material Co., Ltd., the current legal entity, was established in 2012.
Experience in demanding applications
The growth of China's new-energy vehicle industry accelerated our work in magnets, assemblies and engineered components. Our domestic business includes Tier 1 supply to China's new-energy vehicle industry; the relevant supplying entity, component scope and project records are confirmed during supplier qualification.
Our magnet production and supply experience spans consumer products, industrial equipment, automotive and intelligent robotics systems, as well as aerospace and defense applications. Each program has its own specifications, validation and documentation requirements.
A clear manufacturing model
Owned production covers our permanent-magnet families, magnetic assemblies and LTCC materials. Precision metal components are coordinated through long-term strategic manufacturing bases. Our supply experience also includes seamless steel tubes for nuclear-industry projects; product scope and manufacturing responsibilities are agreed for the particular project.
