Vertical Integration

Every process that determines magnet quality happens inside our own walls.

1 · Powder & Pressing

Jet-milled NdFeB and SmCo powder pressed to near-net shape in automatic presses, with oxygen and moisture controlled throughout.

2 · Sintering & Heat Treat

Vacuum sintering and solution-aging heat treatment develop the magnetic structure that sets Br and Hc for each grade.

3 · Machining & Coating

Slicing, grinding, and wire-cutting to tolerance, then Ni-Cu-Ni, epoxy, zinc, Parylene, or phosphate finishing with salt-spray validation.

4 · Magnetizing & Assembly

Magnetization to your pattern with Helmholtz verification, then bonding, balancing, and assembly into finished subcomponents.

Why Manufacturing in Ningbo?

Ningbo is China's magnetic materials capital — the complete rare earth supply chain, from powder to plating chemicals, within a 50 km radius. That cluster advantage means:

  • Stable material supply — multiple qualified powder sources keep production running through market disruptions
  • Short internal logistics — heat treatment, coating, and test partners minutes away when surge capacity is needed
  • Deep talent pool — magnet engineers, magnetizer designers, and quality technicians trained in the industry's center of gravity

Scaling with You

Programs that start with 500 prototype pieces regularly grow into millions per year. Our capacity model is built for that path:

  • Same process, prototype to volume — no requalification when you ramp because we don't switch factories
  • Buffer stock programs — we hold finished goods against your forecast so releases ship in days
  • Dual-factory risk coverage — critical programs can be qualified at two of our four plants

Planning a Production Program?

Share your volumes and schedule — we'll confirm capacity, lead times, and a price curve that rewards scale.
