01 · Qualify the route
Identify the producing site, relevant equipment, material source, capacity assumptions and applicable quality documents.
02 · Approve the sample
Agree drawing revisions, critical characteristics, test methods and sample approval before releasing production tooling or volume orders.
03 · Plan repeat supply
Review annual demand, order releases, material purchasing, tooling maintenance, packaging and the shipment schedule.
04 · Control changes
Set customer-approval requirements for material, tooling, process and site changes, with escalation and requalification steps where needed.
Compare a complete supply route, not only a unit price.
Review material, process yield, tooling amortization, secondary operations and order quantity together. Changes that reduce cost still need to meet the approved specification and application requirements.
Our Ningbo commercial base supports export coordination through Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. Inland transport, consolidation, packing and shipping terms are evaluated against the actual producing site and destination.
