For Procurement & Engineering

What We Need to Quote Accurately

Send a 2D drawing and 3D model where available, together with annual volume and the requirements below. Our engineering review confirms process feasibility before pricing.

  • Test medium, pressure and allowable leak rate
  • Machined surfaces exposed to internal porosity
  • Seal type, groove geometry and surface finish
  • Impregnation policy and cleanliness requirements

Frequently Asked Questions

Does die casting guarantee zero porosity?

No casting process should be described that way. We manage porosity risk through DFM, process selection, machining allowance and an agreed leak-test acceptance plan.

Can every part be leak tested?

Yes when the fixture, cycle time and acceptance criteria are defined. The test method and sampling level are included in the quotation.
